why cannot join even if ur minecraft version is outdated also can join

I suggest creating a name for your server, unless you chose to do "MyServer", just a suggestion, it makes the server unique

go to What Is My IP Address? Lookup IP, Hide IP, Change IP, Trace IP and more...ⓘ
if ther is the same ip you posted on this topic check your ports.
did you open your game port 25565 or an otherone and disabled your firewall?
if you did but still no1 can join look at join antivirus, most of them have also a internet firewall disable that one to.
now it should work .
