How do i know what version of cod4 i got i remeber i updated it or w.e but i forgot to what version

Anyone..? Know how?

Open up call of Duty multi player and check what version it is. On the default menu it should say so (bottom right corner).

Well i got the cracked version of call of duty 4 (torrents) And when i open the multiplayer i just get a black screen?? Is there any fixs for that?
