OPEN MAT IN LOG-IN PAGE OR LOBBY,
Open PowerTool ~ 1 Message Will Out,Ignore It.
Press Process,Find MAT.exe
See Down,If You Need Bypass:

EDIT USER.ini?
Find Windows->MATUnrealWLog Right Click ->Click Show ->Type " SET INPUT ? Toggle BehindView 1 "
?= Hotkeys OR Preferences->Advanced->Raw Key Bindings And Edit
