Garry's mod Exploit Black Screen

i saw lots of people doing black screen to all people in the server
how they doing this?
i saw someone
put prop and after put on the prop somthing with tool gun
how i can do this Exploit ?

its with E2 i belive, Ive been trying to figure it out also.
