1-you must learn VB
2-No
3-You not must renew code
4-C++ and C# and VB and other programs

You can use VB.net (Visual basic) ORC++ (Microsoft visual studio) OR C#and you better start learning and make your own not leeching codes like @NeV3RFoREv3R
