Testing console bug

I was on testing to see if it was up clicked Play the error came up and first thing that came in my was to push ESC to make it go away but instead a console came up Not sure what it means or does but figured I would post it on here

Yeah, the console of the game. I believe I saw in a previous thread, we can type/etc. on it, but we don't have the permissions or access to actually do something..?
