Depends. what is your total combat record kills? And also are u master prestige. Because legit master prestige people have 700 to 1500 blood thirsty medals. 
U might want to edit this medal, and also look into double kills if it's not a very low amount.

This looks legit, remember for the FFA nuclear card u need to have some FFA wins in your game mode carreer stats
