Unplug your usb ports / Disable you anti-software or firewall thats it
usb = Whatever is plugged into your pc e.x/a cable of any kind
Tell me if this works if it dont ... then ill tell you a harder method

Maybe try re installing Combat Arms? Also run CCleaner.
