Impossible. The client and the Server do separate checks.

u could steal a item from a shop temporarily (before u log out) then u can you do it permanently.

Impossible. you can only add it client side temporarily because the client checks with the sever if its legit. you cannot enhance, sell, bank or keep 'stolen' items.
