Helploading login screen ?!?

hi , i want to create a mod of the login screen however i cannot locate the loading login screen , anyone know where to find this , i think it may be inside a rez file ,if so anyone know how i can mod this thxs :-D


edit : im looking for the first state as in the loading screen before you enter your password and username. the screen where it says LOADING with the green mutant
