paypal transactions take around 15-30mins for me

It depends on the person sending the money, and if they have another thing on hold or not.

When in imgur on a paypal screenshot that looks like that ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ with red lines please click view full resolution in the top right corner, i circled his photoshop job if you cannot see it in the picture above
