So...What exactly is scope sensetivity?
What difference does it make when I have it 0 or 100?

If you feel like your mouse is moving too slow when you are scoping, make the scope sensitivity higher. If it's moving too slow when you are NOT scoping than higher the normal mouse sensitivity.

I play very high mouse and scope sens....I am a beast qs when I have them high...hs though I make them low

Scope sensitivity is the movement speed of the crosshair when scoped-in.(only for Sniper Rifles, Scoped Rifles, etc)

Rarely a difference for me because I use two different mouses.
