1. Go to bancore.com(worldwide) and enter your phone number.After few seconds you should get call from robot or whatever it's called lol.
Enter 4 numbers and you are done.
2. Now login with that 4 digit code and YOU GOT YOUR FREE VIRTUAL VISA CARD !
3. Wait for 1 day and then go to paypal and enter VCC(virtual credit card) details.
