It's pretty easy if you know what you're doing. All I had to do was burn the .iso over to a disc and then install it like I would normally do, only thing I had to do was change the boot order in BIOS.

Restart your computer and hit F8 (F8 is usually the key to hit for the BIOS. Del and others are sometimes used. Right when your PC boots there should be a screen that will tell you to hit that button. It usually goes pretty quick so you may have to restart again)
Scroll around until you find Boot Options or Boot Priority (or some variety)
Set your DVD drive to #1
Reboot, it might say hit any key to boot from drive. Hit a key and it will start.
Install like normal.
Once you are installed and running, run the Activator. (Daz's Win7 Loader is pretty much the best, hope you have that one)
If you do, it will auto-detect your hardware and settings.
Hit patch and it will do it for you.
Restart.
Thats it.

Iv'e heard of it being done, but it is very much recommended that you do NOT do that.
