League Of Legends Cheat engine Hack/Cheat?

Hey i have been thinking about a LOL Item change hack.. you know where you find the ID of a mana pot and then find ID of Infinity edge For an example and then you change the Pot into a Infinity? could that be possible?

Cheat engine only edits the client side of the game. You could make it look like a infinity edge but it won't actually be that. The server is where the items are stored and those can't be edited with cheat engine.

If you know about using skins for lol champs and how it works you know that asnwert for that its no, the majority of some3 hacks/bots of lol are client based, that you want means mess on server side and thats impossible like greenone9 confirmed and well answered NO

Of course it's possible :/...Hell we can even one shot enemy champs if you want.
