Good one, but I dont really like the quality, I dont know if you did that on purpose or not, but its just not HQ.
Good job, anyway 9/10. I like the text btw...

Those are the effects of "Topaz", it makes everything look over saturated .

Too sharpened. Looks flat. Too much topaz. Try to ease on the topaz iterations and focus on creating some depth or just making or focal pop out.
