HelpNo particle effect client

Much like the very old Kecleon client. Disable all particle effects like when a bullet hits a target and stuff like a necros heal. Kecleon said he did it by disabling the function that created particles, don't know if that will help or not.

I am willing to compensate with in game items, just get this project done. I also want no blind and no drunk, but no hacks. I want to pretend like I'm playing legit.

If you have a link to one of his old clients, and a clean client from that build I'll do it. Otherwise, probably too much work.

I think @JustAnoobROTMG did some work on this. Probably burried in the forums somewhere.
