They don't have to tell you anyhting................ Look at their Terms Of Service.

No I got a ban. Then I ticketed(very angrily) and they replied that I got ban for spmming not hacking.

So no chance for geting back my account.........

when you got banned be polite that increases your chance of getting nonbanned

Well 9/10 times you got a automatic answer so it's useless, you can't retrieve an account that has been banned.
