-Why the fuck make a another useless COD when there's already like 10 of them.
2/10 fun for hacking.
If you want it on pc make sure you have a good processor and GFX card.
Personally, i think treyarch fucked this game up via PC and it's graphics are the same as any call of duty(especially 4) so a lot of users experience FPS drops(even while aiming)
