AP problem
so i never purchased any AP, i just earned some through watching the videos. i had 265 AP 2 days ago
today when i logged in i saw my AP were 0. now im confused should i contact aeria and ask them for my AP or not?
cuz i used expat shield and got more offers. would they know about it and ban me ?
what to do? can anyone help?

Billing Maintenance
We are planning on performing maintenance on our billing servers on Monday 11 Feb 2013, from 6:30PST to 12:30 PST.

AP showing as ERROR/-1/0 (Depending on location)
Unable to purchase any AP (from billing page, or offers)
Unable to spend any AP (either in game or via webmalls)
Unable to redeem any items from webmall related functions (Free Loot Box, Tiered Spender, Loot Wheel, Loot Forge, Bonus Ladder, etc)
Other Misc errors related to billing
In addition to these issues, some games may require a restart after the maintenance is complete to clear any errors. Do not be alarmed by any of these issues, as they are purely temporary, and will be resolved when maintenance is complete.
Your AP will be back in couple of hours. and should this be in help?
