It will be released to testers tomorrow (2/17), whenever it works on all windows os's then it will be released to respected members of the community. Not everyone will be able to use this program, I will personally review all users who want to use it, and if I approve them they can go ahead and create an account (hence the login page). If i reject them they seem like leechers to me. So to answer your question in short, it could take anywhere from 2 days to never.
