Is it possible to change deafult reticle to custom reticle type 4 in a mod?

I am new modder, and I dont know how weapons in dtx looks likes in game(e.x. i dont know where is scope, magizne) is it possible to check 3D model of weapon that i am changing. I heard something about "Marmoset Toolbag" but dunno how does it work.
