But in case of counter strike and some other fps like MAT, the weapon switch is irrespective of ping where u can switch them by mouse in a speed of a smg.

Mmany of the CF newbies think weapon switching is quickscoping, they stay aimed in and do a kill (hardscope) and switch back faster.
U can quickscope at my 260 ping itself but the slow switch delay's ur shot thats all.
It has everything to do with PING and nothing with FPS or hardwares.
