95% of newly registered members are scammers. Either they scam from the beginning, or they first sell few legit keys, and then scam on even bigger sums. So to sum up, yes, do not buy from people that joined after 2013...
Another funny fact, most of these members have had an account, but it got banned for scamming. MIRACLE!

i will be legit too but i cant get any bloody keys my stealer isn't popular
and no money in paypal+dont know who to trust to buy keys at cheap prices
