RJ making a request?

Seeing how I'm not going to be at my house for a while I'm just going to request it.

I want an Army theme/MPGH GFX team leader forum bar. I would like this to be as wide as the one I'm using now, and I want it to pop out, but downward with a top flat.

Thanks in advance:]

edit:that font sux..will change it
