I'v personally made scripts in the past for auto hacking wifi.
The fastest i was able to do it was about 2min from start to finish but that was two passwords at once.
At the time i would need about 10k packets. If its possible to do it with less packets now, then maybe that app is legit.

Same. I call fake. And if it does work, it only works that fast with WAP encryption, not sure WEP can be 'hacked' that fast? At least not without forcing a user to disconnect and re-login, which isn't going to happen in 5 seconds, every time (most times). Nobody uses wap (on purpose).
Malware.
