battleye bypass for server admin only

My Friend has just started a private server, He really wants to keep battleye enabled for the masses.

But is there a way to set it up so that the server admin's (only) can bypass battleye(latest).

All help and info greatly appreciated

Why does he need a bypass the admin control panel is hacks within itself.
