Minecraft overpower item
Hey, i have a question. How people make overpower item in multiplayer. I see this in alot of pvp server they have like a diamond boots with 1k recul and thing like that (They are not op) . Is this a program or something like that ? Thanks for reply.

1.They have payed for the items
2.they have an admin friend that gives them awesome items
3.They have just crafted and enchanted them

Obviously, that item had to of been given to by an administrator or someone with OP powers, because you said he wasn't OP. It isn't a legit item if it's really overpowered like 1k. He could be a donator, or could have won it through a contest.
