Would this be a good idea?

I was thinking about making a no VAC server. It is supposed to be legit, but I could be lenient. Would this be a good idea, or should I just make a VAC secured server? What are your thoughts?

I think it's pretty obvious what choices you got:
1. non-VAC servers are less "attractive" for normal players, while being a hacker-heaven for cheaters, even though it's not popular for them either.
- So if you want a low-populated server with cheaters, go for the non-VAC

2. VAC servers are naturally the opposite, where it will be legit whether it's supposed to or not. You won't see many hackers atm, since all public hacks got detected.
Having a good server name + great maps are one thing, but promoting the server is harder and up to you to find out




TLDR; Don't make a non-VAC server..

If you want to make a non Vac server just use a anti-cheat such as zBlock or SMAC.

Everyone would cheat.
