Arma 2 OA

My key got stolen, I've bought keys before, I don't like all that hassle.. So I was wondering if I could just make a new account on Steam and buy Arma 2 OA again? Would that work? Would I not get ban anymore?

If you made a new account, you could obviously buy it again

Battleye doesn't ban your IP only your CD Key.
