If you've seen suzumiya haruhi no shoushitsu you'd know that's not true because they were using an NEC PC-98 (16mb running windows 95) in modern times.

Did you also know Japan makes up a lot of the people still using IE6?

I still use IE6 when I browse 2chan, it gives it an authentic feel

I wasn't serious when I said I couldn't handle it, my PC isn't that bad (2006) and is pretty much maxed out for a 32 bit system, even supports Intel EMT64

I actually still use MS-DOS and Windows 98 on a standalone computer

I play my games on windows 98 and sometimes search the good old world wide web.

HP Pavilion with 256 MB RAM, 450 mhz pentium III, 32mb nividia, gaming rig of the 90s much.
