I found one coded in c++ but it is full screen only! 
Does anyone know of one that is sizable?
It would save me some work if there is one already out there
The goal is to play .gif files in a borderless format.
I am surprised that i did not easily find a player like this.

Make one yourself. Studies show stuff made by yourself tends to be better than lazy people on the internet.
