Lets help eachother out for some hard challenges.

I was wondering that maybe there are a lot of people who would like to unlock some calling cards ect. and some are very hard to do. Like kill a dog next to your teammate. How can i get the opponent to run dogs and call it in so I can earn the challenge? I was thinking of making a full lobby with those guys who wanna do some challenges. This is for PC of course. Drop your steam acc if you would like to participate.
