For all OMMs

I know this is a spam thread or a non-sense.
But @Ravallo , @Hugo Boss , @heythere123 , i think u'll need to add another OMM.
Today , due to Hugo boss's B-D He can't go online which is a reasonable excuse,also ravallo's time zone doesn't allow him to be online in such late time.
But heythere123 u're online for almost 10 hours but u never tried to logg in and help us even for like 2-3 trades.
I know if u logged in u'll be spammed for like 10 trades , but at least u can do ur job for like 4-5 trades to help us out,Instead of making ppl see ya online and not helping many ppl got pissed off actually.

We all put our best of abilities towards MPGH. Yes, you may think that not all MM's are active, but the fact is, we actually are. Every time we are not busy, no one is in need of a MM. When we are busy, tons of people start messaging us out of nowhere and ask for us to help them. Put yourself into our situation, it's not about how many people we have, but the amount of timing, patience and situations we have to deal with and uphold. Almost ever single trade gets cancelled, and no one follows my "appointment" method. If you guys followed it, then people would not have to wait and everything would be fine. If you be patient, we will be patient, it is as simple as that. We do our jobs, now it's the matter of fact that you do it too and wait.

This is not any of your concern though.
The way Staff is being treated / taken care of is up to Dave and Liz.

i'm not critising your work.I'm just pointing out that it's not good to see an OMM online for a "long while" on MPGH , without seeing him even once online on msn.
I appreciate your work as i know how much u do for helping us,i was just highlighting something

Yeah I'm totally fine with that, and I can understand you're not very fond of occasions like these.
However I am not quite sure if a thread was needed for this, besides, Dave and Liz are very well-organized.
