Easy mistake, easy things like that in photoshop are easy to miss.
Just maquee tool, fill with a colour, lower opacity.

You see how the clear border adds this darkness to it? Well i wanna add the darkness in cinematic....without clear sides....so

without the clear border on the sides...Help..and rate new brushed version?

Brushing isn't bad, i don't think it works with the colours used for some reason, the red and blue offput the signatures main colour. If you make the render smaller like i've said a few times, then maybe it will be ok. Text needs totally changing, it'll never work with this sig.

Ok I'm done with this one I guess wanna help me and rate my pink and deadly ( red and undead) sig
