Witness Bug

So I'm reading through some posts on the APB forums and people are complaining that they can't witness Criminal in Waterfront in certain areas. A moderator stated that some parts of Waterfront are bugged. Anyone care to share where these areas are?

send me your in game name and I'll show you were they are... there are two zones in waterfront one small and one is a full road...

iv seen this done before, a crim and an enforcer work together by matching threat levels and getting into missions with each other 1 on 1, this stops people from witnessing the crim because he is in a mission with oposition

no it IS a bug... if you are crim you can NOT be witnessed in these two area's... once you leave you can be but that is were you have you cop "FRIEND" witnes you and then let you go... done it before and seen other people do it...

normally on about 7:30pm
