Windows 8 not reading??

Hey guys I just downloaded le bot 6.2 to my windows 8 computer and it says:
Extracting Couldn't Be Done
The Target File Couldn't Be Created
why does that happen?? do i need to download another program or?? and im not so good at forums so i cant show a pic :/

It's a problem with the archive. Download it from his blog (enter his profile, About Me section).

Try to download the le.bot on his blog, It's not about the windows 8 i experienced that problem when i downloaded the le.bot here.

okay but i havent used 7zip before and i dunno how to use it.. so i downloaded winrar but it still cant open and it got off from ********e so now theres only the link from here :/
