My lymph nodes are swollen, my throat looks bright red, my ears hurt and my head hurts.

I don't think it's strep because I haven't coughed a single time and my sinuses are fine, which makes me wonder why my ears hurt.

Any idea what it is?

I've also taken 3 of the strongest Mucinex pills I could find and they haven't done shit.

But my sinuses are fine..

Sounds like Mono. I had it last year and the exact same shit happened. Are you feeling drowsy as well, cause Mono can cause that.

Would be hard to tell online.. Is your throat like red with spots, patches or all red?

I've already had mono though, according to my doctor. I thought you can only contract it once?

Well usually, sometimes your body gets fucked and infected again. That happened to me. I had it originally 3 years ago, then again last year. Repeat infections are possible as your body carries it forever, but rare.

Really red with tiny traces of white and what look like little bleeding cuts.

In that case it sounds like Strep Throat:
red and white patches in the throat
difficulty swallowing
tender or swollen glands (lymph nodes) in the neck
red and enlarged tonsils
headache
lower stomach pain
fever
general discomfort, uneasiness, or ill feeling
loss of appetite and nausea
rash
