DayZ Bad serial given on setup (no-cd key server)

My key is banned from Arma2OA so i'm playing on no-cd key servers and have been doing that for a while now but today i got a error saying "bad serial given in setup".. ? What does it mean and can i fix it?

I'm pretty sure it means you have. Downloaded a key steal and it's fucked your registry.

It means what it says, It's given a bad serial number (cd-key) during the setup.. Chances are your key was stolen, which would have changed your key to an invalid one, hence the error.. or it's just a bug.If you just got an invalid key, find your key you used or at least a valid one to use, (Go to steam, right click Arma 2: OA, View CD-Key, copy it into Darky's key changer and that will make it a valid one again).

As for your banned cd-key, I can probably give you one if you need it.

If i was the kind of guy who downloads shit of the internet that would be the case but i'm not. I have 5 games, skype and steam on my computer. I don't download shit if i don't know what it is

i've tried to get a valid one for ages. i got some off here but they get banned all the time. :/

All you need to do is this :
1.Go to start

2.type regedit in search bar

3.hit enter

4.go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

5.SOFTWARE

6.Wow6432Node

7.Bohemia Interactive Studio

8.ArmA 2 OA

9.right click the ArmA 2 OA folder

10. go to permissions

11.go to advanced

12.you should be in the permissions tab

13.under type you should see 5 or 4 allows and 1 deny

14 highlight the one that says deny and click remove

14 hit apply ok then ok again

15 on the right double click the name KEY

16 delete all the 00000000000 hit ok

17 go back to darky and change your key make sure you run darky as admin
or the key will not change

if all else fails and you did everything above run aram2oa threw steam it will for sure fix

Dude.. Thank you fu**** a lot. Now I can change my cd-key by keychanger.. I was trying to solve that problem from about 3-4 weeks and here we go.
