Find a SMS bomber, about as good as you're going to get.
You can shut it down where it won't work, lock it or reformat it wireless. Idk about ddos

If you have access to the phone you can put software on it and track it or shut it down whenever you deem it necessary.

Can't really ddos, but like everyone has said already use a sms bomber, you can find tons of them every where.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but a DoS is when you basically flood a network with packets and bring it down right? When you say "DoS" a cellphone do you mean like block it from receiving transmission or turning it off by crashing it or something?
