You're not aloud to sell "Random" steam accounts, you have to provide the games.

You have to provide what games are inside the accounts. And trust me I know, I got warned for trying to sell random accounts.

i dont think you have to sell accounts with specific games on them...if you explicitly say RANDOM ACCOUNTS, then i think its fine.
