After Effects

Anyone here good with After Effects? I started a few months and I'm alright at best. Any tips on improvement? If anyone can help me better understand tracking and 3D, that would be much appreciated.

Hang out around deviantart, you'd get some tutorials .

you can search for tutorials at youtube or creativecow net

There are very very good tut's on Youtube!
