Well the good news is that it is possible to do health bar with c++, 3ddstudios and a source code you just have to get the values with an SDK or with cheatengine (just dont toogle speedhack it wont work)
The bad news is that the health value of the enemy it IMPOSSIBLE because it is server-sided. But you can build or make a ESP with an Red dot over their head.
For the health bar cout on me i have allready 2 source codes (credits not from me) which are a basic healthbar for any game.
well getting the "value" for hp might be impossible, but seaing the enemies health isnt...
you just have the program recognize regen times, what gear they have, hitmarkers from your weapons, and what weapon you are using.
It would not be exact due to latency and ally/enemy damage, but at least you would know a general health.

Did you mean that you have a hack you are willing to share?
I assume people here have already used cheat engine, and know how it works with punkbuster, and APB.
which is why I asked them for help.
I could maybe pay someone some small cash ingame for a working simple hack? ( APB cash..... not real money...)
