CBL Checker -- FAILING!!!

I was making a Multi-Tool for Combat Arms I made a CBL checker with this code.

for some reason the image comes up as a cat(lol wtf) no matter what you type BUT if I use a webbrowser it shows the right image.

I added a "Save Image" function, and saves it properly, but saves it as a loooooooong cat...
