Cracked Steam Accounts

Hey so lately my I've been seeing some people with steam accounts that they cracked. They say they used "combo lists". Is there anyway someone could maybe teach me how to do this? Cuz Ive been wanting to learn and so far i got nothing. My friend offered me his for $15 but i dont have the money. So if anyone could maybe help me then that would be great. Thanks!
