Is there a by passer out there? Ex: fly, spider, etc. I HATE parkour!

Most fly bypasses are kept private, or in paid clients. I don't think that anyone would just give a bypass to you for free.
You could check out a client called "Xenon". It has some nice features along with a nocheat+ step bypass and it's free.

And yeah it's true, people are greedy when they have power, so if they know any bypasses or have their own coded, then they will def. not give it to you free of charge. If not, it'll be really hard to find one.

Bypasses are possible, just like in any other game. Though, in MC the bypasses bypass anti hack plugins like NoCheat, AntiCheat, and NC+. Most clients with them like others have said are explicit (paid or private). I use Xenon, and it has quite a few NC+ bypasses and it's public so it's pretty nice.
