I have a question!
If I gun add Noel weapon with AP can I get banned for that?
And what could be the % of it?

It depends on rank and whether you get seen by a GM, if you want to take the chance, but you can get banned for sure!

Definately a chance of getting banned, I'm not sure how they detect something like this or what the perecntage would be. Hacking is always a risk

Only way for them to ban it, is you get seen by an actual GM; not a GS. Or you put it on a low rank, anything below Captain is taking a chance.

You can get banned for doing the gun add but you wont get banned for using the weapon.

I know people who still have Noel's so its not considered a gun add weapon like the Tar Cherry.

I Know that the GM's looking at when the acc made..
that mean

new account can't get Noel if u made the account 2 months ago.. u will 100% get banned
if it's old account (old enugh for the Noel event) so you won't get banned
