how did you find your style [help/request??]

i didn't know what to label this, but how did you guys find your style did it come to you, is it just practice. I'm just wondering cuase if you've seen my sigs i've been trying out some styles and trying to what im good at but, yeah (ps. if this is the wrong place im sorry, (tell me))

Well i used some tuts and at the time already sorta of had a style (not that good ) and started to mix in diffrent layers and blending e.g.: my noob style :P : Copy Render Fliter>Blur>Motion blur. That was bg and all i did was brush and blend. New style: Smudging, Filters, C4D's, Better text. So look at tuts and combine thats my advice.

PLAY WITH IT

I would suggest, looking at inspiration pieces, then trying to copy what they do, but then twist it in your own ways, and form your own style.

I finished various tuts and used all the knowledge I gained and made various styles devoting more practice to individual tools and then created a style I liked using what I knew.

I downloaded massive amounts of actions [viewed what they did, and took the best parts]
massive amounts of brushes and read a few tutorials from Deviant-art and MPGH.. and right now i'm still trying to grasp fonts..
also my cousin mike has helped me lots..
it just takes time [:
