Im having problems with my server...
i need to know how to add mods that can help me setspawn sethome make /lock and other stuff to my server how to add them and from where to get them

You need a bukkit server + some plugins

Yeah. You need Bukkit for your server and the plugin 'Essentials'.

Essentials will allow you to use a lot of handy commands such as: /kits /sethome /setspawn /home /spawn. If you type 'Essentials plugin' into Google it'll come up with a huge list of all the commands and even permission nodes!

The /lock command comes from a plugin called LWC. If you want the chest sign protection use Lockette.
