You need a bukkit server + some plugins
Yeah. You need Bukkit for your server and the plugin 'Essentials'.
Essentials will allow you to use a lot of handy commands such as: /kits /sethome /setspawn /home /spawn. If you type 'Essentials plugin' into Google it'll come up with a huge list of all the commands and even permission nodes!
