HelpInject with CE (Cheatengine) and play on BE Protected server?

if I inject my hack(InfiStar_SEVEN) with CE and close CE after injecting, can i join a server with BE and open my hack with RIGHT SHIFT + P without get kicked or a perma ban?

no you will get banned, you would probably be kicked for script restrictions first but eventually you would get game hack and be global banned.
